Well to make lemonade, you can't just expect to do that purely with lemons. First you need a method for squeezing lemons. Then you need a receptacle for collecting the juice. Many people don't like pulp or seeds in their lemonade so you're also going to have to obtain some kind of sieve or other method of filtering that junk out. Once you've got all that taken care of, you're going to need at least one glass, cup, or mug to pour your resulting lemon juice into but many would say that alone doesn't count as lemonade. Better have some sugar on hand to add into your cup but oh no! What if you have type 2 diabetes or something like that? Hope you've got some artificial sweetener on hand otherwise your lemonade is going to taste more like a lemonasty. Oh and last but not least, you'll need to procure some ice cubes because surely you're going to want your lemonade to be nice and cold and not lukewarm or god forbid, warm?
Got all of that? Congratulations! You've just spent all that time and effort and money. Let's hope nothing stops you from taking your lovely sip: you could trip and accidentally spill your drink entirely. A bee could sense your delicious elixir and decide to take a dive into it because it just needs a break from its long day. Maybe you end up actually hating the taste of lemonade. Some people think it just tastes like dishwater.
