Method Is it possible to sleep after drinking SN ?

If i stay awake for 30 hour and take 1g of seroquel (quetiapine) before drinking SN lets say 45 min , can i sleep before losing conciousness ?

I have seen that quetiapine is recommended, but haven't found anything about the dosage or it's usefulness as a sleeping agent. Have you seen anything regarding the drug?

I have been taking 400mg of quetiapine for years. Is it enough for the SN method? Sorry, I know this subject has been discussed already but I just thought that if I've been taking it at those doses for a long time, my body has adapted, l mean, maybe l have much tolerance and it won't work
