Is it possible to ctb using a garbage bag?

U know those white plastic bags with orange things you need to tighten

If I were to put it over my head and tie it as much as I can, I can put pressure on my neck (hanging is for neck arteries being obstructed from sending blood to brain) and when I breath into the bag, I take in oxygen and what's left eventually is carbon dioxide (like using an exit bag but having no gas tank)

woahhh there is so much to unpack here with this method.
Okay so first of all, I don't think using one of those garbage bags and ties it is a sure way to put enough pressure on those arteries for O2 obstruction to occur. SI will lick in like crazy since this seems like a very prolonged method of suffocation not mentioning that for this to even work if it did you would have to ensure there is no passages of oxygen left in that bag not even a little for hypoxia to occur. And you plan on doing this with no sedatives? I feel asthough there are better methods out there then this hellscape that will ensure a greater chance of actually working and less failure. I can assure that this is not the ideal scenario if you choose to depart.

The CO2 buildup might work. Take a lot of something to make you sleep first. You cannot tie it tight enough to ctb.

It's plastic I doubt it would do anything to your arteries but it would be so nu comfortable because of the carbon dioxide buildup id be surprised if you don't rip the bag open

No, I don't think it'd be possible, theres still a chance that some air will be able to come in and theres a much better way to ctb with a bag. The materials needed for this method are: A plastic bag large enough to fit over your head, painters mask (any material is fine but paper is better, and 2 or more elastic bands (make sure they can fit over your head).
