Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Every time I see someone kissing or confessing love to someone (gay, hetero whatever, I am bi myself so I accept everything :P) in real life, cartoons, series etc I think I'm above that and above this stupid thinking. Could it be jealousy and calling to myself because I am alone or I am turning into psychopat / sociopat who ditched his human self and now my process of desensitization begins?

I don't think it's necessarily psychopathic. I was raised to be such a prude so, I don't feel all together comfortable when people are overtly sexual in public. I'm also not into casual sex. While I don't care what other people get up to, sure, hearing guys rattle on and on about sex at work made me grateful I don't have a dick that does so much of my thinking. It's got to be really distracting!

I think it's more about different expectations in life. It's partly like listening to someone ramble on about a subject we're not interested in. The trouble with sex though is that you can be judged for your perspectives and personal experience.

Even with relationships, there can be a cynicism observing them I think. I don't really like overhearing 'couple talk'. Sometimes it's just nauseatingly saccharin. Other times, it just doesn't sound sincere or, it seems possible one person is being emotionally mannipulated. In those instances, I also tend to feel- I'm glad I dodged that bullet.

Perhaps it's maladjusted. I wouldn't say it was socio or psychopathic though. For me, it's more a relief that I don't even want all that now.
