I have recently lost someone who I loved immensely.
This person was suicidal just like me.
The problem is that I never told Her that I was in love with Her.
I did not tell Her because I didn't want it to ruin our friendship.
She CTB on May 24th not long ago.
The pain of losing her is unbearable.
Now I am wishing that I had never met Her.

Is it better never to have loved, than experience the devastating pain of losing someone ?

According to the people I have asked, yes. One of my friends got cheated on and it broke him, I've never been in a real relationship so I asked him if he would rather have never had a relationship or get cheated on, he said he would choose my experience definitely.

Thank you for this. 🤗

I think it doesn't really matter.
Consider if you have never fallen in love, you would be living with the pain of not experiencing love.
now your pain has exchanged with losing your loving one.
in my opinion both are same
But since we cope with being single overtime we can stand and handle it better than losing someone we deeply love.
that's just my opinion btw.

This is an interesting point of view.

Obviously, you can't miss what you never had. I fell in love for the first time at the age of 43 (it will be 2 years this summer) and I swear to you that it is real torture to drag the same emotions day after day (in addition to the fact that I am not in a relationship with that person and we never got over a simple online friendship).

Until the age of 43, I never, ever, missed anyone's affection.
