Is fentanyl beloe the ld50 dose is unreliable?

I have fentanyl but only in nasal spray form in 400mcg dosage, you can spray it with no limit and reach a guarnteed lethal dose for a naive but im almost sure that si would not let me to spray more then once, according to ai it is still a lethal dose but ai is known to say bullshit
