Searching through the threads here and researching outside of the forum entirely, cyanide poisoning seems to be quick but many reports describe it as painful too. Would pain meds or (even cannabis?) help with this?
Were you the one that commented the youtube link on that the other day? I watched the video, really interesting but also sad and fucked up to do that to someone else
It blocks your bodies ability to aerobic metabolism. So basically yk "the burn" from working out your muscles? You'd be feeling that everywhere all at once. Now, in theory, the brain doesn't do well without oxygen so you'd maybe blackout quite quickly? But I've seen videos of people (serbian politician specifically) drink Cyanide and it took him a little bit before he seemed like he was out.
I can't give a definite answer but from what I've read and watched, the timetable seems to vary.
It also seems painful, though pain tolerance can vary from person to person.
I vape THC and eat CBD gummies mainly for pain and anxiety relief. As far as pain relief goes, it works for me. It isn't as strong relief as a strong opiate, but the reason I use cannabis is to avoid pharmaceuticals after years of being on them. So I tolerate some discomfort, but I'm also distracted from it. If you're comfortable with cannabis, then it might do the trick.
But again, it varies from person to person. The next person might say opiates are better, and they aren't wrong.
