I'm on a sort of journey to try and fix my immunity issues by fixing my gut. Part of that means eating better and abstaining from certain types of food. Some of that means correct supplementation. As I'm sure a lot of you have seen, @Sensei posted an introductory supplementation/herbs resource that he's organized to target mental health issues, so if y'all haven't seen it, check it out. It may be a better alternative for many here who are sensitive to psych meds and don't want side effects. (Disclaimer: I'm not a health professional, do your own research, etc. etc.)
As of today, I've begun a new regime that includes:
- Pro-biotic - beneficial gut bacteria
- Digestive enzymes (papain, bromelain, amylase) - nutrient absorption
- Colostrum powder (bovine, organic) - immunity, repair intestinal lining
- Collagen powder - amino acids, repairing intestinal lining
- L-glutamine - tightens junction proteins in intestinal lining
- Fulvic acid tincture (minerals) - to help absorb probiotics (pre-biotics), trace minerals
- multivitamin
- Iodine tincture - thyroid issues
- A, D, K, B complex, and so on
The top five on here are purely for gut health/immunity issues. I'd be very interested to see what other people here are taking and for what issues they're trying to target?
