I don't want that my friends get in trouble when I ctb, is it enough to write a letter in which I state that I did it all on my own?
I will do it in a friends apartment probably when she is away so I don't want that she gets linked to my death.

And also, do you think that it is a good idea to leave a timed message on telegram that gets activated in 2 hours so she doesn't see my corpse?

Why would your friends get linked to your passing? Are they planning to actively aid you in this? If so, a letter is likely not enough to exonerate them if the authorities probe into circumstances.

On the matter of the second question, I think that sparing a loved one from having to find a body is a decent act.

I am sending the equipment to them, that is why they could be linked.
What should I do so they don't get in trouble?

I wouldn't care much if I saw a friends corpse if they are now in peace but I can't really understand most emotions anyway.
But I think it would scare her so I would prefer if she wouldn't see it.

I'm not really experienced enough with the law to understand that consequences in that situation, but I would say that you are best keeping other out of any involvement with your passing.

Few people would want to see a corpse. It's to spare family from the discovery that many people opt to CTB in a hotel or away from home.

I am really poor and have to spend my spare money on food and drugs, I struggle to buy the nitrogen cylinder already and I don't want to wait to ctb.

If I understand correctly, your friends acquired the nitrogen for you. Is that so? In that case, I don't think that they would be criminally responsible as they have no idea what you want to use it for.

Where are you located? You can ask the company to ship it to a FedEx or UPS access point in the states, but the company would have to ship via one of those means

I would still need to do it at her place, I don't think I could take that at home without some very good excuse and I am afraid my mother would "rescue" me when I ctb at home.

I would delay my plans. It is not ethical or empathetic to do in a friends house. The POLICE will close her house for investigation. They will be there for a bunch of hours. Why? Suicide is treated as HOMICIDE scene because the circumstances are not known. You leaving a note is not enough. They will make her life impossible because there will be people and cops at her house for a few hours, she will see or remember your body. Plus she will still be questioned even if she didn't do nothing. That will give her anxiety and be troublesome for her. Lets be responsible over our actions. Others don't have to be bothered just because what we want to do.

I could maybe make a timed message so everyone knows I am dead, then she wouldn't find the corpse and she won't be suspected, right?
I could also do it per voice message.

you're not. the trauma of what the friend will go through beyond just losing a friend to ctb makes this super insensitive. a lot of people's homes are their safe space this would be violating that and their trust. it would turn their home into the place their friend died. plus what @hellispink has already pointed out. the friend would have all the consequences to deal with alone. you say you don't have money, but do they have the money to move should this be beyond what they can cope with?? what about the cost to them? maybe just press pause on the plans.

Get a credit card and charge a hotel. Don't put your friend through that. You might not care but it's very likely to kill them too.

A huge reason I'm suicidal now is from having seen multiple suicides. No one deserves that especially not a friend

I'm not quite sure why your friends would be arrested if they're not actively encouraging you to ctb or engaging in behaviour that would be considered "pushing you over the edge" (for lack of better words) in some form.

But the more pressing issue is that you're doing this in someone else's apartment. Ctb'ing in their private space is going to cause more harm than good. I suggest doing it in a place that is not someone else's private property, like a hotel or in the woods.

That is right, I didn't really think about it, I mostly only think from my pov.
For me personally I wouldn't mind even if a friend would ctb infront of me if they feel pain while being alive.
I am just not really empathic and mostly just think with morals and not human reasoning that others have.
But if it would hurt her bad if she knew I was dying in her apartment I could do it in a hotel, but it would be harder to smuggle the cylinder and other stuff to there.

i think it might be worth it to reconsider your plan. it's one think to hypothesize how you would feel and something completely other to be faced with the material consequences of such a thing. this would be a good time to try and look at it from your friend's perspective

I will do it in a hotel then, I just have to smuggle the things to there.
She has already seen some disgusting things that are way worse than corpses and if I think about it it will just add to her pain if I am dying at her apartment.

Everyone is legally *obligated* to prevent you from Ctb'ing if they as so much have the knowledge that that's something you are going to do. If you don't want your friend to get in trouble, you have to do it all in secrecy, or, at least, make it look like you didn't tell anyone.
