So I'm new here but not new to wanting to die I'm 36 yrs old and for as long as I can remember a day hasn't went by that I haven't wanted to or thought of how to kill myself. A little about myself I'm married to my high school love been together for 22 yrs in my mid 20's diagnosed depression and bipolar when I was 30 diagnosed with ptsd I'm a full time first responder in emergency services(ambulance) for the last 14 yrs. So I see and deal with death on almost every shift I work which is one of the things that has stopped my cbt till recently
