Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been in a physical health decline the past few years and considering ctb for longer than that after considerable trauma. I'm hoping to learn more about my options given limited physical ability and limited access to ctb resources. My options seem limited to pills or hanging, neither of which seems quick or effective enough for my liking. Can't get myself to a high enough venue for jumping, don't want to traumatize anyone running trains. I like the idea of an exit bag, but sourcing materials seems beyond my physical and technical abilities. I'd prefer shooting in a private location where my family wouldn't need to see me, but no access to those resources either. Looking forward to searching the forums for methods.
