• Hello Guest,

We will not be following or complying with the Online Safety Bill that was recently signed into law in the UK. This bill will not affect the operations of the site, nor do we have a presence in the UK to receive notice or fines that the UK Government may impose.

We would highly recommend that all users from the UK get some sort of VPN, and you should petition your lawmakers to let them know how you feel about this piece of draconian legislation.

What sleeping pill did you take? Some can cause insomnia as side effects I believe...

Its soul destrying this goes on gor weeks. Do you ever take a pill and then sleep for another 2 hours.
I slept for 3.5 hours today and even during those 3.5 hours I woke up and again fell asleep a few times :/

Insomnia just makes everything worse. I lay here for 2-7 hours unable to sleep.
Sometimes I take Ambien or Lorazepam. I don’t want to take it every night.
I have a friend who takes Ambien every night and the finds empty cans of Reddi-whip and other foods obviously eaten in her sleep. Another acquaintance used to drive at night in Ambien with no memory of it. Just evidence of a moved car or keys in odd place.
But some of the time, it can help.
