Had a dream that I finally, after almost two years, got back on my HIV meds after neglecting to take them because, why the fuck do I care? For some reason, the pills I took were laced with fentanyl, and the next thing I remembered was me sweating profusely and wheezing for air before I woke up. I was soooooo fucking pissed this morning when I realized I didn't die in my sleep.

Some fent laced pills sounds delicious right about now. 😍🤤
