What are the meanings to the initials like SN or N can someone give me a breakdown please!

SN is Sodium Nitrite (notice the "I" in NitrIte). N is Nembutal, a barbiturate. CTB is "catching the bus", a euphemism for suicide. SI is survival instinct.
