Oh I saw this girl called Beth Matthews ordered a poisonous substance from Russian online ( I'm not too sure on what it was) she was In the hospital as well and she was gone. I have tried to find out what the substance was but it wasn't specifically mentioned in all her articles online.
To me it sounds like trying to attempt anything in a psych ward would lead to failure/getting caught. But if you want to try and ctb in there then it's your choice, I would personally see it as best to try and get out the psych ward first.

You probably won't be able to, since if you're in a psych ward, you'll be strictly monitored at all times so you don't try something. I'd focus on lying through your teeth so you can get out of there as fast as possible and maybe then you could try something.
I thought of that but I heard it's not easy to get SN in the UK ( that's why I was thinking that it might have been another substance) I really wanted to take SN because once it's in your stomach it's there even if SI kicks in you will still complete ctb since it's already in your stomach.

People be out here with these thin necks, being able to fin the sweet spot instantly, I on the other hand, have a big ass neck (not fat either, just a reall thick neck) and can't even come close to the arteritis. If any big necked people have found the spot, give us some pointers š
Definitely wait till you're out. At least in the US they check on you frequently when you're asleep and when you're not asleep you're typically in a common area. I guess the only time I've seen people that aren't checked on is if they're low risk and going to go "take a nap." at one of the wards we were allowed to do that as low risk patients (low risk aka we wouldn't quickly turn to suicide attempts in the ward or be violent or have schizoaffective type symptoms).
