So I got the guy on whatsapp, i honestly feel like having SN readily available will make living easier for me. But the store is down and I heard you can get arrested. Is there anyone here that can tell me about the chances of what happens if i order now. How likely is it that I get arrested in germany?

Where did you hear this? Last I looked, as linked in another thread, it can carry legal consequences for the one who places the order.

hi, yes it is illegal in germany but the chance u get caught there seems pretty low, i heard of like 2-3 welfare checks in whole germany, nothing compared to uk or canada or other countries

What's up with all the people saying you can get arrested for it? It makes completely no sense. SN isn't illegal, the sale and purchase of it is regulated but that's about it.

nvm it seems like law in germany is a bit more strict when it comes to chemical substances. I personally wouldn't care as it's so easy to get and there's no way for them to know.

I don't think they do welfare checks, I think they seize the package at the border, if they inspect and identify it, and fine or process the one who ordered it because that person put a controlled substance into transit by placing the order, which is illegal.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if this is from an EU source, then it is more likely they don't check packages at customs. I heard non-EU packages always get checked.

I think it's impossible to say either way. I've ordered random stuff from outside the EU and sometimes it gets opened and inspected while other times it doesn't. I'm not sure if theres any reason behind it.

yeah but i also think as long as it is inside EU (best case is neighbour countries) nothing really happens and no controlls, in the past i used to order dr*gs at the dw from a neighbour country and nothing ever happend, ofc it can be luck or something

if your in germany you might as well order from a PL site to an inpost locker & take a train across the border to pick up :p
