Hi everyone! Im ready and prepared to ctb using the Sn method but im substituting antiemetics. I could not aquire antiemetics, and i've read many people have ctb successfully without using them. Im replacing the antiemetic with a recommended alternative mentioned in the PPH. Just as a final measure i need to hear whether my preparation has any flaws. I want my method to have a very good likelihood of ctb for me. Also any measures i can take to increase my likelihood of ctb I highly appreciate. I considered hanging and sn method together to increase my odds but read its not reliable and better to just stick to one method. Also drowning plus sn method to ctb seems unlikely due to the extra water entering my body and diluting the sn i've ingested.

Considerations:
My stomach/bowel has been very noticeably irregular for about 1 month now. Everything, even a small quantity of food I eat, I get stomach discomfort and audible noises ( like loud weird gurgling sounds ) and I get a strong urge to go to the bathroom. I have never had stomach/bowel problems in my entire life and my stomach has never gurgled like that before so this is a very odd occurrence. In addition to those problems it's been taking me longer than usual to empty my bladder, recently i have to really focus and strain. Im really stressed out these irregularities with my body will be a variable that keeps me from ctb successfully soon. I strongly do NOT want this attempt to fail because my life will get significantly worse and possibly prevent me from ctb again.

My strategy: (My SI is not a big variable, i feel very confident i will overcome it, i have in the past relatively easily.)

Step 1: (I will be doing the stat dose)

(a)- I will do 8hrs of dry fasting ( so i can get thirsty making it easier to drink my sn )- good (Even better to fast for a week or 3 days but i cannot wait any longer. Im done.)
(b)- My location is already set, i will have 8hrs of undisturbed time. Possibly even more.

Step 2:

- I test my sn with blood on a white plate ( to better distinguish the color shift) I mix my blood fast with sn, only if my blood gets dark brown i will proceed to the next step.

Step 3: (1 hr before I drink the SN)

(a) -I will Ingest -600mg of ibuprofen ( with as little plain water as possible)

(b) -I will Ingest -2 tablets of 50mg of Dramamine/Gravol (Fast acting motion sickness) (also ingest with as little plain water as possible )

Step 4: ( 30 minutes before I drink the SN)

-I will Ingest: The Double dose of what is recommended on the label of Milk of Magnesia.

Step 5: (once my 8hr dry fast has ended)

-I Prepare: 4 cups of sn drink as followed:
I will put 25gm of SN in 50ml of plain water in each of my cups. I mix thurougly each cup, so no sn remains at the bottom. I mix one extra time the cup i will be ingested first, right before I ingest it. My subsequent cups, i will also mix right before ingestion only if my cognition permits.

Step 6: (after my 4 cups of sn are prepared)

- I Ingest one entire cup of my sn drink.

( Only if i feel I start to or begin to retch: I will ingest one small piece of chocolate to remedy my retching and possibly prevent myself from vommiting. )

Step 7:

(a)- I will Lay down on my side, opposed to on my back, to allow my possible vomit to flow with ease.

(b)- I start my timer for 20 minutes.

Step 8:

- If I do not vomit or lose consciousness within 20 minutes (which is unlikely): I will follow up with another cup of prepared sn to further ensure i ctb since it will increase the likelihood of the sn reaching its desired location in my body.

Step 9:

- If I vomit or loose consciousness, upon my regained composure: I will quickly follow up with another cup of sn.

Step 10:

- If I vomit or loose consciousness again, upon my regained composure: I will quickly follow up with another cup of sn.

Step 11:

- If I vomit or loose consciousness again, upon my regained composure: I will quickly follow up with final cup of sn .

Thanks for reading, and thanks for the awesome support this community has shown me these past days.

I'm no specialist, but maybe Mebeverin could help with your stomach situation? A doctor prescribed it to me (i have a chronic non-deadly stomach condition) and it works wonders…

Thanks, i will let my doctor know. Im just worried this stomach problem will effect my plan to ctb. My body is garbage and i don't intend to stick around anyways. I just hope this problem doesn't increase my odds of a failed attempt. Since i might end up defecting or the sn wont make it to where it needs to efficiently in time.

Im hoping it will work for me! I read on here its the Meclizine in it, that makes it a good alternative to the standard antiemetic protocol. BUT its still not guaranteed for me since even with top tier antiemetic ppl have still vomited and have failed. Fml im running out of options and im getting f-ing desperate.

I'm curious why you're going with milk of magnesia as an anti-acid, since it's also a rather effective and fast-acting laxative... seems like the last thing I'd choose. Why not another OTC ant-acid instead?

Thanks for catching that! that was a huge error i missed. I will not be using magnesium hydroxide as a possible ant-acid to not risk laxative effects on my already bad stomach.

If you research into it a little deeper and find the threads that talk about it you will see why people use milk of magnesia. Stan even used it himself.

For Dramamine, PPeH recommend one with Dimenhyrdinate (Original Formula).

But then I read that this won't work. Only one with Meclizine.

So which one is right?

Meclizine and dimenhydrinate are both OTC drugs and considered "first line defence". They are safer in their side effect profile and would be prescribed first.

However they may both not be strong enough for our "need". Doctors will likely first try these two (and possibly others) before they prescribe stronger meds like Meto, Zofran or such.

I'm having the same problem and issue getting antiemetics. Everything else I have or will have no problem getting. Is there anything else I can get without prescription instead of antiemetics?

I have tummy issues too and am now considering SN as a second option. I easily vomit so I'm worried about all that

Looked up Dramamine and it seems better than nothing. I was getting close to skipping an antiemetic all together.
