I have a feeding tube that I've been living with for years and my health is getting worse, I've lost my family and I'm about to be homeless soon, it can't get any lower then this, I'm ready to go but I'm so new to this forum I don't know what to do, I've lost everything in my life that brings me joy
I can't even get my own liquid food reliably anymore, I'm starving slowly

I'm sorry, that sounds like a really hard situation. I totally relate to the feeling of urgency, feeling like you need to go now. But since you said you're new to the forum, i'll tell you one of the things this forum tries to teach is that rushing things almost always leads to not succeeding and instead making your situation even worse.

Now, you say you can't get your food and are starving slowly. I'm inferring you don't want to die by starvation? So, is there no one you have helping you, who could help get your food

I wish there were an instant, easy way, but as some perusing on this site will teach you, there just isn't. Killing yourself is way way harder than people think. I'm not trying to demoralize you here, i'm just trying to inform you.

Are you able to move around on your own?

I'm sorry life has brought you here. Everything you need to know is in the linked thread, but as @MessyNonsense mentioned, attempts that are impulsive are less likely to succeed. Better to take your time, choose a method carefully, and do the research.
