also hanging isnt very painful if done right, if done right you should lose consciousness in 10-15 seconds, and aslong as nobody finds you for 30 mins you will be guaranteed death. doesnt need to be full suspension either, can do partial at home or with privacy.

otherwise there is also the night night method.
