Im so weak and useless, i tried doing pushups today so that i can lose body fat but i could only do a few and i just feel so weak i just want to kms at this point like why am i even alive
It takes time to lose weight. Are you calorie counting? Eating a high protein diet? Just walking for 30 minutes everyday can do the trick. You don't have to be there today. You can start off slowly. It can be 5 push-ups today and it'll be 10 in the next couple of weeks.
So what if you´re weak, so am I and body exercises are hard compared to lifting weights it will take time to get stronger. If you´re new you could even start with just using machines they´re very good at getting stronger and even avoid injuries. And as @Roseate said it doesn´t require much just do little a few times a weak and eat less every day and you will see major improvement <3
