I ordered SN but now I'm kind of scared... I sometimes wonder if I'll regret killing myself?
There's no option to cancel the order either... I'm scared...

But I also think I can't take it no more. I'm confused. Idk what to do :(

Just because you purchased it doesn't mean you have to use it. If you are impulsive you could maybe store it somewhere you would have to drive to reach like some people do. You can also just throw it away right away. If you have any second thoughts at all don't go through with it.

Maybe try reaching out to outside resources a couple more times. You seem on the fence. If there is any chance you can meet someone to extend a hand of help you should. If you have any any any feelings of "I can't do this" then don't do it. Ctb is not the answer for everyone. Some people are just lonely and need a little help in the right direction. Don't let it be your first resort. Try a few more times to reach out for help.

Edit: I want to add that your life is worth more than the money you spend on SN. Only let go of your life if you're sure it's what you want. Any doubts at all should tell you it's not the path for you.

Suicide is a very drastic decision, so it makes sense you're having second thoughts. We're all human, so most of us still fear death. For me personally, I enjoy having the option to commit at any time in case stuff gets too overwhelming, since I'm already at the edge right now. Just because you have SN with you doesn't mean you need to force yourself to commit. You can take your time with it, or rather, you can just throw it away as pechaberry recommended. And please, don't be impulsive with whatever decision you make. Give yourself time to decide.

when u receive it u can just sit with the knowledge of knowing u have it before taking action towards using it. tbh u dont even have to immediately open the package if it feels like too much. theres no right or wrong way to approach this. ctb is ur decision to make and urs alone.

idk if its normal but i feel a bit more comfortable having my SN. knowing theres a way out is reassuring and i know i won't impulsively do it without having everything ready. i fear failure more than death

Its okay. Im scared too and I have my doubts, thats why I havent purchased It yet (and because It seems hard to get It right now...) but like other say, just because you have It doesnt mean you have to do something.

I already do see a therapist and psychiatrist.

But I hate myself, I'm lonely. I hate the conditions I'm stuck in. I don't think there's anything to improve and it ever will.

Moreover, sometimes life just feels unnecessary.
