i'm not one of those people who do crazy things like hang themselves (partial suspension) just as a method of self harm, but not really wanting to truly catch the bus...
when i do SN, i do it to get my peace.
i will try to have everthing planned out to the best of my ability.
even tho obtianing meto (i think it's called, i forget now) will be difficult.
i intend to do it inside, in a room, probably the bed.
or maybe put the mattress on the floor, so i don't FALL out of bed and onto the hard floor while potentially convulsing.
i will have all those little details in check for when the time comes.
3 glasses of SN in case i puke... EVERYTHING taken into consideration.
wish me luck when that time comes, sometime around this year.

for a double method, i wish i could do it in a pool, maybe.
so that if the sn doesn't work 100%, at least i will be knocked out enough to drown.
