I'm new here but i've not seen anything "cult like" almost every post about going trough with cbt i've seen has people asking them if theyre sure and stuff. Providing information to do it peacefully is sometimes best that can be done and no different to euthanasia.
It's completely okay to take the philosophical stance that life has or does not have value. I personally think life has negative value, with potential for pain comes potential for least painful solution, and thats why you should treat others with respect.
