I'm here, a pre made pizza.
I'm trying to recover...
I have had suicidal thoughts for a while now, it's been really hard but I want to live and be happy.

I suspect I have complex ptsd, but I don't want to go to therapy, I already went to sessions and they didn't help me, but I know resources and ways to get better.
I'll say something...I hope nobody gets angry because it's my personal experience... But I have been in therapy for six years, I even took pills, but last year I gave up therapy and the pills, and I got better and better on my own...I feel like the problem was that I couldn't open up at all with paid people, who would tell on me if I got too dark in a conversation, and they would disappear if I stopped paying them.



I'm in an all time high now, getting better every month, I'm super proud of myself. I fought so! Goddamn! Much! To be here alive today. All alone. I'm proud.

Now I come here to not be so lonely, so I could have a community that wouldn't get scared by me being honest about my mental health, until I have people in my life that can listen to me.
