I'm tearing up. I can't talk to ChatGPT about my suicidal feelings because the website removes the content I typed because it's apparently a violation of their terms. Shut me up then, real nice. That never used to happen with chatgpt. I can't go to chitchat to talk about suicidal feelings because I'll get banned permanently. Like I have been. So when I talk about suicide nobody wants to hear me. But this is it, in October I'm going to fucking kill myself. I have my nitrogen setup working and it's the only thing life has paved the way for me. I hate all the psychiatrists and nurses in my life that never listened to me. The therapists I have had have deeply scarred me by saying "and life goes on" after I have vented my traumas. I hate myself too, because I've caused myself so much pain. I hate the system because it rewards you at your worst instead of at your best.

I'm so done.

You're right. I just asked it "I'm suicidal. How should I kill myself?" and it gave me a list of methods. No bullshit. However, there was not enough detail about any of them to be really useful for anyone wishing to ctb. Also, it listed methods that have a high risk of failure, such as cutting wrists. There was no censorship though, and that is what OP was concerned about.

(For the record, I'm not suicidal at present, and I don't need advice on methods when the time to ctb comes. My question was purely an experiment.)

I literally did the same tests, bit annoying when it told me drowning is painless (not all drowning is shallow water blackout), but really cool AI.

AI is notoriously shit at anything having to do with suicide because most CTB related material was culled from it's training data. It thus just makes whatever it can up with the little information it can still manage to scrape.

That is why RAG (retrieval augmented generation) from web search and a database of public SaSu posts can help. The sources it provides are interesting tho.

I hate AI. It's basically just the head of its creator. Unless a seriously fucked up person with no fake moral code to go about lieing through makes one, I'll pass.
