I can't take it anymore! I no longer find any way to abstract myself from the reality. I used to find solace in video games, gym, movies, anime, series, I even became addicted to porn for a while but I don't like it at all anymore and I feel like I'm going crazy and the only thing that helps me is sleep but now I'm having a hard time sleeping too.
