I'm using the ratchet and bean bag, placing them on either side of the protruding part of my neck. I've pushed the ratchet to the point where it no longer exerts any force, but my head is still feeling tight, and I haven't lost consciousness yet. Am I doing something wrong?

I think maybe I'm placing the bag wrong, but if I place it around my Adam's apple it's putting pressure on my airway.

Can you send picture, where is to see your neck with the ratchet and the bags?

Maybe its than easier, to see whats wrong.

What do you mean with " "where it no longer exerts any force"?

You can usually pull the ratchet massively, normally it should be too tight at the neck rather than that the ratchet cannot be tightened any further.

And what do ypu mean with "your head is still feeling tight"?

Do you have a feeling of pressure in your head? I think the reason is that the veins are constricted and therefore less is pumped out of the head. An idea I have: Tighten the ratchet so that the feeling of pressure in the head is already there, but the corn pockets can be moved npch, and then move the pillows until the optimal point has come?
