Venting Im back on here after a year and i feel just as shit as before.

I quietly left this platform a year or so ago because things were looking up for me, but now things have gone back to shit. My parents have started asking me for more fucking money (for reference parents are separated and I still do 50/50 living) Right now both get ⅓ of their rent, utility, and I pay for close to half the food cause I eat more than them and an increase would bring both rent and utilities up to 40%. IThe thing is though, I can't afford an increase because I would be cutting basically my entire "fun" budget for it. Its like they don't want me to live a decent life. I don't spend much on lavish stuff and most of my clothes are second-hand. The only real expensive thing I buy for myself is a gym membership at $35/month and even that is not that expensive considering its the only thing keeping me sane all this time. I can't work a 2nd job unless I want to spiral down faster (which looks tempting to get out of this mess) and have 0 social life. What do i do?

I wish I knew what to suggest. I wish life could be better for you so you didn't feel the need to come back here but I understand the need to do so. I've been here on Sasu for so long that it's hard to believe how much time has passed, but the only reason is because it's the only place where I've truly felt understood for most of my life.
