this is not advice at all, but some would say "LIE LIE LIE", because otherwise they're gonna ruin your life even more than before by putting you in the nuthouse.
no matter how nice they are, they are legally forced to report you as suicidal.They'll try medication on you. If you're lucky, it will help.
Hmmmm. To leave the psych ward you have to pretend to be 'fine' and say you are 'fine'. I have been doing a bad job of that, so am currently stuck in here.
At least you get fed three times a day, and maybe benzos

I'm just at the hospital so I'm not restricted but my local psych wards never let me…Different country, probs. I'm so obvious on here already that I'm not putting my country, even though I've put it other places. Feel like crawling up the walls. Don't know how to cope with being alone and doing nothing like this, it's been so long since I had a life.
I'm sure they will give you benzos. If I didn't have benzos today would be a lot worse. It's just, when I leave, they won't give me them, and I'm not that functional on them.
I got my own wifi here so not restricted.
