  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I want to die but wish I had a disease, something that stops my body working. I wonder if you can trigger something. I don't smoke, drink or take drugs but want to find a way to back out of life with my pride intact

A disease that takes you out, but leaves your pride intact, is a pretty big ask. Almost any disease is going to be a slow death. Look at pictures of Steve Jobs days before his death... does that look like a man that believes he still has his pride?

For a quick death, you need something like oxygen deprivation. There aren't any diseases that are going to kill you quickly, because then the disease wouldn't have time to transfer to another host before you died, so it wouldn't get spread.

I understand your intention but know that illness is a long way of agony. I cant enjoy the things I used to enjoy because of it.

Trust me, its better to have a healthy body, congrats for having so much discipline. You have plenty of time to figure your method and stuff, and you can opt out anytime. Please don't ruin your health if you have come so far. Im not pro life but imagine you no longer want to ctb, if you still have a healthy/mostly healthy body it will be better:3

i feel similar. when i was a child and didn't know they were safe i would stand in front of the microwave and pray to god i would get cancer from it.

the best way to acquire such a disease is to be a party animal. take up those three you mentioned - make them your hobbies. sooner or later it will catch up with you, especially if you neglect your nutrition and sleep.

i recall reading somewhere that each cigarette you smoke shortens your lifespan by eight minutes. taking into account your ethnicity, country of residence, family history, and lifestyle, you could work backwards from that estimated lifespan to figure out how many cigarettes you have to smoke to theoretically die x years sooner.

or if you know your family is predisposed to a particular illness, find out what increases and decreases risk for developing that illness, then respectively seek out and avoid those things. epigenetics is real and can be used to your advantage.

look into cheap or otc stimulants - cocaine, methylphenidate, ephedrine (bronkaid or sudafed), caffeine, propylhexedrine, levmetamfetamine, '5 hour energy' and similar drinks. i am young - halfway through the third year in college - and occasionally get flashes of heart / chest pain and difficulty breathing. i have only been using drugs of any sort for four years - i mean i smoked weed for the first time four years ago - the first two were quite infrequent, and only in the last year or so have increased the frequency of use. granted, i also have bulimia, but it's not as severe of late now that all my attention is focused on planning.

take that as you will. and of course, due to genetics and dumb luck, everyone's mileage will vary.
