i feel similar. when i was a child and didn't know they were safe i would stand in front of the microwave and pray to god i would get cancer from it.
the best way to acquire such a disease is to be a party animal. take up those three you mentioned - make them your hobbies. sooner or later it will catch up with you, especially if you neglect your nutrition and sleep.
i recall reading somewhere that each cigarette you smoke shortens your lifespan by eight minutes. taking into account your ethnicity, country of residence, family history, and lifestyle, you could work backwards from that estimated lifespan to figure out how many cigarettes you have to smoke to theoretically die x years sooner.
or if you know your family is predisposed to a particular illness, find out what increases and decreases risk for developing that illness, then respectively seek out and avoid those things. epigenetics is real and can be used to your advantage.
look into cheap or otc stimulants - cocaine, methylphenidate, ephedrine (bronkaid or sudafed), caffeine, propylhexedrine, levmetamfetamine, '5 hour energy' and similar drinks. i am young - halfway through the third year in college - and occasionally get flashes of heart / chest pain and difficulty breathing. i have only been using drugs of any sort for four years - i mean i smoked weed for the first time four years ago - the first two were quite infrequent, and only in the last year or so have increased the frequency of use. granted, i also have bulimia, but it's not as severe of late now that all my attention is focused on planning.
