I've become more content now with my decision, I've given great consideration to my options however I feel that leaving would be best.
My method involves blood loss. I plan to extract as much blood as I can through my veins and then make an incision in the neck. I almost killed myself before while self-harming and I didn't even have to try hard that time. The Dr told me I was lucky to be alive and he could see my jugular inside the cut.
It may also involve my sleeping medication for some sedation.
My only problem is dying alone. Going to try to find someone I can talk to over the phone
