I fucked up my life. I got no one else to blame but myself. Those times I've regret could've spent something more fruitful and productive.

At that time I still believed I was responsible for everything that went on in my life. I would like to tell myself that the stuff I did/do like not contacting my friends for months, not being able to shower, talk to my mom on the phone, not leaving my bed for days, not being interested in anything.. those things are not my fault and not my choices. I have an illness and there is little I can do about it, just be kind to yourself and enjoy the nice moments while they are still there.
