The interesting thing many members will probably feel addressed by this post. This is the nature of the internet and we all should be aware of that. I think I was a little bit too naive because I believed that person.
I know very hot topic. So hot that it is hard to touch. I won't drop names. I have many (strong) indicators someone on here plays a role. The person doesn't really have a bad agenda. It is not a pro-death person. This is something where I would feel the need to make it public. The person is probably just attention seeking.
And actually there is the small chance I am wrong. I don't have a 100% proof. And to make my approach transparent I used an AI chatbot to analyze posts and information that person shared on here. And I compared the information with other information available out there on the internet. And things don't really align. On some issues it is quite contradictory also about their biography. And it doesn't add up. I won't go into detail. I don't want that there is too much speculation about that person. But the person put a lot of work into this presumably fake identity. So much work that I actually considered it extremely unlikely this person could be fake. For some this might be a weird hobby having fake online identities. I am not sure how I evaluate that ethically. For me it depends on many factors. I would not consider this member from what I know a real bad actors. There were way worse bad actors exposed on here.
Maybe this thread will be locked or deleted. People might criticize the method using an AI chatbot. I don't want to go into details why I consider the findings of the chatbot to be convincing. I used in-depth research on the chatbot for which I also pay. I once did a free version of an AI chatbot that didn't find the contradictions. But as I said this time I put a lot more effort into it.
I don't really want to have too many enemies in the forum. And I could be wrong.
The bottom line is: doubt the members on here. Take what they say with a grain of salt. But don't be mean. Just a healthy dosage of skepticism.
I trusted that person. This trust is now shattered. I will be even more careful on here who to trust. I am not even really angry at that person. I just feel dumb for being so naive and that I didn't factcheck them more earlier. Actually, I already did such a factcheck about that member but with way less effort. On this research today I put some effort in it.
One last passage: Maybe the person shared wrong personal information about themselves to distract from their real identity. And the contradictions were made intentionally so that no one could identify them. One cannot rule that out. The whole thing sounds for me more like attention seeking though.
