I'm not an electrician but isn't this something most countries enforce GFCI/RCDs or circuit breakers in general for? You would need to deliberately bypass it, making it obvious it's not an accident.
I personally believe causing a car crash is the easiest way to make it look like an accident.

sad for those people :( seeing this tho it seems like taking selfies/updating some social media from an exhilarating high vantage point and then 'accidentally' slipping/tripping would not raise a suicide flag.
