i got almost everything i need for it. planning on doing it this summer, maybe late july-august? will be dying at home. hopefully being as comfy as i can. time sure likes to drag itself... i can't afford to wait more.

May I ask, besides the SN, what other supplies have you gotten for the plan?

prescription painkillers, lozenges to numb my throat and tongue + mask the taste, antacids, meto and propranolol. would get benzos if i could, but they're pretty inaccessible where i live.

Not sure your location, but would a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner refuse benzo prescription even if you told them you have intense panic attacks?

Very likely will have to rawdog the SN without any AE or benzos. Will be preparing at least two cups because vomiting will be likely. I'll have to do it at home. I live with my parents so I'll have to find a way to die without being interrupted and (attempt to, somehow) lessen the trauma of discovering a dead daughter in her bedroom. My parents work during the day so I could probably take a week off to fast and be dead by the time they come home from work. Maybe I can tape my notes and a warning on my door that they need to call emergency services because there's a corpse inside the room.

For me, I just went to urgent care and told them I have really bad dry heaving and vomiting issues and they prescribed me anti-emetics on the spot. Might be worth a try.

Where, when, how?

where: hotel. my first choice is to drink the SN preparation out on the balcony, where there's a nice view from very high up (paid extra for that), but will revert to the bathtub if i deem the balcony too risky.

when: june.

how: just the 24-hour regime from the PPH, sans benzos because those are too difficult to procure. :)

Hoping this year or next. 15 - 20 grams of SN in 100ml of water. Meto, paracetamol.

So happy I got meto eventually. Some "online pharmacies" in certain countries sell it without prescription needed.

Outside somewhere. Don't want to be found by anyone I know and hopefully not for a while.
