If i jump off my fourth floor apartment building onto concrete ? How can i ctb

I don't have access to any other methods as of now but I do live in an apartment building with four floors the concrete is on the ground beneath on one side I am almost certain if I land on it straight I will sleep ... Forever ... But I'm going to have to make jumping work and I'm not sure if it will

It's strongly not recommended. Generally people agree that 150m is the safe spot for jumping on land (250 for landing on water), and four floors is way below that.

Why 150? 60 meters on asphalt should be enough. Unless there are obstacles that slow down

Their information was wrong but there is a number we throw around. There was a study done that found falls from 150ft/46m onto concrete or 250ft/76m onto water were 99% fatal. I always follow that up with falling is tricky though. People die falling off a ladder at home or survive falling from a plane.
