I've tested partial a bunch now and at first Ive had an easy time getting to that passing out feeling, it came so quickly it was almost scary because I was only testing back then. And it did not feel bad at all it almost felt peaceful I would say. But now that I am ready I can't get to that passing out feeling anymore. Why why why! Somehow getting close to it I feel like I am suffocating so I have to get up but it never feels close to as peaceful as it did in my earlier attempts. Idk whats wrong! I am down to do to full suspension too but if I cant get it there with partial how can I know it wont hurt in full suspension? I just wanna be dead! I'd much rather jump of a tall bridge but that bridge is too far. away. Other option would be via train but I'd really prefer doing something that does not include a train driver but if I can't get hanging to work I might have to choose it! I hope the trains here near me are fast enough!

If all variables of your setup are the same It's really hard to say.

I had a somewhat similar experience to yours. A couple years ago I was practicing partial and I hit the sweet spot dead on with the perfect amount of pressure and I started passing out in 3 seconds. It was probably a 2/10 on the pain scale.

My vision started going black and I could start to feel my legs going out from under me but I backed out and stood up. The first thing I thought was "holy shit, I just almost died" and it was immensely empowering.

The thing is I was never able to recreate this with as little pain as I felt then. I don't know if I was thinner or dehydrated or some other unknown variable. I feel remiss that I didn't commit when I had the chance.

In later practice runs I learned that I could still make my self start to pass out by just applying more pressure and faster. I really had to crank down into the rope hard and fast to see any results. Like I said before though, it was nowhere near as painless as the other time, probably closer to a 5/10 and hurt pretty damn bad.

If I was at my absolute worst moment, under some unimaginably horrific circumstances and I was absolutely determined I feel like I could succeed in this way, through brute force. I sense that those horrible things are on the horizon but it hasn't gotten that bad yet. I'm not sticking around to find out.

While others might have more time to practice and perfect partial, my exit is somewhat urgent so I've decided to go with full suspension. I plan on hanging from a tree. The pain will be severe but I don't see it lasting more than 10 seconds barring worst case scenarios. I'm just guessing but I imagine body weight factors into the pain level as well. I'm about 300 lbs and all of that weight will be converted into force applied to my neck.
I think of full suspension is sort of like getting on a roller coaster. I want to take a ride but I'm terrified. I go through the motions, I stand in line, and then simply sit down and strap in. there's no turning back now. "That wasn't so bad" I think to myself. Then the ride starts. It's terrifying and every second I feel like I'm about to die but it's simultaneously exhilarating. Past the point of no return, I experience this ride to its end whether my body likes it or not.

For most people there is no good, easy way to die. Full is an awful way to go. With methods like jumping, there's every chance you'll not be knocked out firstly, and secondly, be saved with injuries that then plague you for the rest of your life. It's fking shit I know

Yeahh it felt so empowering when I was able to get to that pass out feeling so quickly. I was so happy I had this method I could easily do but yeah now I can't find that sweet spot anymore but I will try again, else maybe I will have to go with full too or a different method. Thank u and best wishes
