Help Ideal length of time to fast?

I know the recommended time for fasting before drinking SN is 8 hours, but would it be more effective to fast for longer, if possible? I am planning ctb in 4 days time and thought I could maybe just stop eating from now on? Would this be ok or advised?

No, you don't need to fast for longer, it would only make you weak and make you suffer more, 8-12h is a good timing

I believe fasting for too long can increase stomach acid concentration, and that's not ideal for SN
