I'm planning on taking over 800 tablets of ibuprofen 100mg with the possibility of asprin as well. They will be kept down with anti sickness tablets. The hardest part will be buying all the tablets as where i live your only allowed to buy 2 packs of 16 at a time.

I know it's a tempting method because ibuprofen is easy to get but I really wouldn't do this... the success rate is really low like the person above me said and there's a high chance you will wake up in the hospital and possibly have to go to a psychiatric facility. If you wake up alone the aftermath will be really painful and could lead to permanent organ damage. Please be careful

if you want psychiatric care, just call the 988 suicide hotline and tell them you are suicidal. you can get help without the pain of an overdose on ibuprofin

Not according to reports online. Ibuprofen toxicity is 400mg per kg of body weight. Plenty of people have died taking 600mg per kilo of body weight. I'm aiming for almost 2 grams per kilo of body weight.

if you want psychiatric care, just call the 988 suicide hotline and tell them you are suicidal. you can get help without the pain of an overdose on ibuprofin

I almost got sectioned at the weekend as I tried to kill myself but got found again. I will stop at nothing until I'm dead.

This is extremely unlikely to work and the suffering if you fail will be immense, plus the damage to your body might be such that you're physically incapable of ending it afterwards. Keeping that many pills down of any kind without super strong (prescription) antiemetics is nearly impossible especially given how long it will actually take to die. Check the megathread for viable options as well as more info on why this will almost certainly fail.

If you want to go towards a REALLY slow (we are talking about days) and also extremly painfull death doo to liver failure, then go haed. If not, you may wanna riconsider your decision.

One of my biggest fears is failing an attempt that leaves me alive but unable to attempt again. Make sure you thoroughly plan anything out and don't just try something because of a slight possibility it might work but a larger possibility it'll just leave you in a lot of pain to then get sectioned once you're out of the hospital.

There is no way you can take 800 tablets unless your mouth is a machine! It's not even doable. Ibuprofen tablets are big, you will give up from the first 10.

No, the hardest part will be when you wake up in a psych ward!
What you're planning on simply won't be effective. Not even close. It will be seen as an obvious suicide gesture. And you may severely damage your liver & have long term liver issues.
I was a psych nurse & guarantee they will lock you up. I tell you this not to be harsh, but to spare you from making your life more difficult

I considered this method too. It is not worth the extreme pain nor does it have a high success rate. Your liver will fail. It's a slow and painful death, and that is if you actually end up dying.

Been there, tried that.. took over 300 Tylenol in about a 4 hour period while drinking heavily. Projectile vomiting, splitting headache afterwards, and slept for 15 hours.

Wasn't worth the effort.

Because my health is fucked from 3 attempts from which I was resuscitated.

I considered this method too. It is not worth the extreme pain nor does it have a high success rate. Your liver will fail. It's a slow and painful death, and that is if you actually end up dying.

Iv already got liver and kidney failure as well as heart failure and lung problems..
I have over 100 tablets of cinnarizine and I never vomited in the summer when I took over 400 tablets in 20 minutes.

My friend, as above a lot of people mentioned: it is a bad idea. Plus, it is not possible to swallow that many pills. You will puke after 100 tablets, trust me.

Don't even think about it. It has a 2% chance of working, and regardless of it will or not, it will be EXTREMELY painful. Organ damage, vomiting. Really shitty idea

I would suggest using armslist.com and buying some 000 buck alongside it To get a gun via private sale if you have been committed before

I'm not really bothered if it's going to be painful, I few days being in extreme pain is better than living the rest of my life in pain every single day.
I have 4 grams of cyclizine i can take too, pretty toxic in high dosages.
Iv counted all my cyclizine and have 81 tablets of 50mg.

Why not use a different method like SN? There have been post about Paracetamol ODs and these were horrific. The pain, the damage. Some people called 911 themselves because the pain was unbearable. Or because they were found after some time by friends/relatives because organ failure can take quite some time. This is a very bad idea. I get what you are saying and you must already be in a lot of pain to suggest Ibuprofen. But please reconsider.
