I finally found the site to order SN, though I have no idea which one of the sellers is reliable.

I planned to CTB in a couple of months, but honestly, I don't know if I will be able to wait that long. I feel so unbelievably awful. I wish I could just do it right now. My way to work is very mountainous, and I often think about just driving down one or stopping at one of the bridges and just jumping off it.

I don't want to go to work tomorrow.
