Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just wish I could sleep more but every time I wake up it gets harder to fall back asleep. Last night I slept from 2 am to 10, and then from 1 pm to 4:30 ish. It's currently a bit past 6 and I've had dinner now and am in bed thinking about going to sleep again. Unfortunately I don't have any sleeping aids, but I found some Loratadine in the medicine cabinet. How many would be safe to take to get as high of a sedative effect as possible? I've also got some chamomile tea, and as I usually get sleepy from alcohol I could maybe do a few shots, but I'd rather avoid that.

An abbreviated or random sleep scheduled can cause problems. If you can experiment with one to find one where you can get approximately eight hours, you might find that it helps introduce a degree to stability. Using chemicals or alcohol can cause additional problems as well.
