I want to cut right now but idk how i should

I've cut myself a lot but i never had anything ghat was both sharp and able to go deep into the skin. I have a box cutter now but I haven't cut in over 19 days, probably the longest I've gone since I started so I'm scared to cut plus the box cutter might do deeper than I want. I've heaed box cutters can cut beans easily and if I do cut one Idin't know how to treat it without having to go to the ER.

It's a terrible day for me. I just want some way to release all of this. I want to die so much today.

i usually listen to music while cutting, i also mostly do art(?) instead of just lines. ive done matching sh with ppl online before and it feels more meaningful that way
