In order for me to get social appreciation and respect and in order for me to fulfill my dream of having exploring more sexual pleasure with other men, I need to become muscular. I can't work out because it's too painful and I have issues with both physical pain and mental pain. Pain makes me su!cidal, no matter what level, no matter the duration, no matter the meaning, I can't function with lain. Therefore, the need to be sexually desired will never be fulfilled I'm destined to lie down and rot.
