i feel so alone. i dont believe people are real. i don't have anyone i can talk to with full confidence that they are hearing me out. I'm slowly falling down a deep dark hole. i just want the thoughts to go away. i hate myself so much.

i dont believe people are real, as in existing. i have severe ocd and the thoughts don't shut up

robots, hallucinations, npcs... i dont rlly know but i have a feeling that I've been in some kind of psychotic state my entire life and nobody else really exists
