I had a poorly planned suicide attempt when I was a teenager, got sent to the psych ward, and now I cannot buy a gun. I am also too depressed to get a job to afford one anyways... That would have been my ideal method! I am very upset but there is nothing I can do now.
I find it ironic how all these horrible people can get their hands on one to do an attack, but when I want to peacefully end my suffering its an issue.

I had a suicide attempt this past week. I quit my job. Pulled out $700 and bought a gun from a private seller. Then I went in the run from my family for 36 hours but didn't have the balls to do it in the motel. I hid it. But my family had me committed. I checked out after 4 days. I'm doing out patient now. But my dad is an alcoholic and he feels like he can scream at me when he gets drunk and hold things over my head. I've already got a lot of medical problems. He's just a really selfish and I uncompassionate (idk how to spell that) person. I still have the gun hidden. If out patient doesn't workout or he continues to be a fucking dick, then I'm going to use it. He found the box of ammo I bought. Luckily I loaded one of the magazines. Fuck him. We got into a fight tonight
