It's one of the things that usually helps me fall asleep. I imagine an invisible knife slowly peeling my skin like a potato, then slicing me up starting from the toes, carefully, perfectly, with no blood or anything, working its way up in very thin slices. I rarely get over the shoulders not very sleepy.
And yeah during day time also but it's way less relaxing and way more get this meat off me now please god
