Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Some days I just feel like completely quitting my anti depressants.

I wonder how it would increase my thoughts. How much faster I'd be ready to end it.

Right now I'm in a constant battle between doing it or not doing it. I just wanna be 100% sure so I don't fail. Seems like quitting those meds are a good way to start.

As someone who quits meds out of self-harm, I cannot guarantee that you will feel either better or worse. It's a gamble, honestly. Obviously. I strongly advise against it. However, if you're considering stopping cold turkey be ready to be incredibly disappointed. Best wishes regardless.

Never ever quit cold turkey. I don't know how long you've been taking them, but I really strongly advise against it. You will go through a horrible withdrawal, and yes, I'm talking from experience.

Please ask a doctor to guide you , it will take longer but spare yourself going through a constant nightmare..

My advice is not to quit the antidepressants because if you ctb and survive no one can say it's because you didn't take your medication. The liabilities will be on your doctors for not prescribing the right meds and not on you. If the send you to a psych ward you have plausible deniability and maybe they'll let you out faster after the get you new meds. As someone that's been in and out of mental psych wards it's better to not stay there any longer than you have to. At least that's my perspective

It depends I think.

In reading your message, I interpret it as you want to actually get worse so you can CTB.

If this is the case, coming off meds might actually increase your mood in the very short term, then crash. It can be very dangerous to just stop some medicines outright, especially some SSRIs. It would be the best idea to speak to a medical professional in my view. We are not doctors or qualified to give medical advice.

The last thing you need is a seizure or more brain fog.

35. Started taking them last year for about 6-7 months. Don't go cold turkey off them. Just reduce the dosage every few days then every few weeks. Depends how long you were taking them and what dosage.
For me I was screwed before. Taking them made me even worse - the headaches (right side of head), stomach aches, muscle cramps, no sleep, could on forever.
It's all a dice roll - some people they work for and some they don't.

Stop taking them only if a doctor tells you to do so.
