  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

Life is too difficult for me

I just wanted to pass out in preparation for maybe partial at some future date.

I read the resources megathread about partial hanging.

It was said that if you apply sufficient pressure to the carotid artery you will faint. I located it approximately and choked tight with the flexible steel pipe that connects my bidet to the tap but only felt pain and numbness before I loosened it gasping for air.

What must have gone wrong ? Has anyone of you managed to pass out by applying pressure to your carotid ?

I'm so sorry you are considering this. I did pass out once from applying pressure to my carotid. I think it fails when pressure is released. I came back when the ligature was loosened after my feet touched the ground.

I haven't managed this yet either, I am also planning partial but in my wardrobe. When I tried the Saturday before last it didn't make me faint either unfortunately, it just made my head feel like it was gunna explode. I've been told you need to put it sort of under where the adam's apple is located. In my case I think I needed my belt tighter. You should try practicing with your hand first. If you find it then you'll black out, I did this whilst I was drunk so it's possible!
