My method is SN but I figured if I'm going to ctb I might as well try heroin for the first time just for fun before I die. I got a gram of China white #4 heroin off the dark net and snorted some until I felt nice.

About 30 minutes after feeling nice I got super dizzy and nauseous and vomited so I injected myself with a 0.4mg vial of narcan to stop these awful side effects.

Then I fell I asleep. Overall not worth it and I dumped my bag of heroin in the toilet.

Maybe il try crack or meth instead...

At least you felt nice for 30 minutes. Heroin is known to sicken people the first time.

Yeah it wasn't even that nice tbh. It was a mild buzz but tbh not really worth it compared to the euphoria I've read online ;(

I've taken oxy and codeine before and had the same reaction. I assumed it was because of the huge amounts of acetaminophen in the oxy/codeine pills I was taking but I guess I just have a hypersensitivity to opioid nausea.

It makes me violently ill lol. Too bad but on the bright side I don't really have to worry about addiction. shit makes me feel terrible.

Was probably not H... H is supposed to give a very euphoric feeling responsible for many people getting addicted on the first dose. Most of what is available is Fentanyl/an analogue, or worse, Xylazine. Often, testing has shown a mix of both with other stuff. Neither of those give the same effects.
That is the one thing we HATE about DNM's. They seem to give next to zero fucks about what stuff is vs what it is labeled as so long as they get their percentage.
Notably, Xylazine is not counteracted by Narcan. Xylazine also has no safe dose, or antidote. Another thing to note about narcan is that it's half life is shorter than a lot of the things it counteracts which means you can be OD'ing, receive narcan, and still OD once it wears off. You are really supposed to administer it and get the recipient to an ER immediately.

I had it tested with an FTIR machine and it had heroin in it. Fent & benzo test strips came back negative. The only buff in the sample included inositol, which I accounted for in my dose.

I used to work as a harm reduction specialist & researcher on a team that provided drug checking services so I'm pretty familiar with the contaminated drug supply, on the dark net and the street.

Likewise, the effects (including nausea/side effects) went away 100% from the narcan, indicating that they were directly caused by an opioid.

Pretty sure I just have a unique reaction to opioids, especially considering that all other opioids have had more or less the same effects. I appreciate the information though :)

I took the narcan not because of an overdose, but just because I felt gross and wanted the effects to stop lol. Knowing the pharmacology of naloxone helped me to know that you can safely take it to stop the effects even if you aren't overdosing.

At least you were able to test it and knew what you were consuming. Also good you had the knowledge to deal with the effects.
We found we just don't respond to opiates correctly at all. We've been prescribed a few for pain, and they never really helped. (Just made us feel awful and icky) Even 8mg of morphine in the ER did absolutely nothing fairly recently. So frustrating as it greatly limits our options for both short term, and permanent pain relief.

That sucks... chronic pain is fucking terrible. Especially if opioids or other analgesics are ineffective... :(

I feel relatively fine. A tiny bit more tired/brain fogged than usual just cause I didn't sleep too great but that's it.

I did my research beforehand and found out that heroin doesn't cause withdrawals until around 3-7 days of repeated use, thankfully.

Part of me would like to do the same if anything to see if a drug as hard as heroin could quell my thoughts for a while but I'm too scared of becoming addicted while still being unable to ctb and suffering even more

I also had this fear. I did it anyways but I don't recommend following my footsteps.

I've been lucky enough to have tried nearly every drug on the planet (including notorious ones like meth and cocaine) a single time without getting addicted. It is possible for everyone though and heroin addiction can definitely throw one's life into such a hell that it becomes further out of reach to ctb.

I took a serious risk and I know this.
